Third Century AD Roman emperors
Note: Compagnie
Generale de Bourse, with Michel Prier, put out series of thin fixed
price lists called "ROME <Roman numeral here>" that
emphasized particular emperors and were filled out with additional
Roman
imperial coins. Each is amazing for its extensive descriptions of
mostly unremarkable coins. However, if you want photos of coins
of those emperors, they have very many of them. Each also includes a
scholarly discussion of dates, mintmarks, sequential issues by mint.
